Photos - India
Taj Mahal

India offers an incredibly diverse set of landscapes and people to photograph. As well, the sights are easily capture, but not the noise, smells, and crowds.

I travelled overland on trains, ubiquitious means of transport in such a large country. The people all seem to speak a bit of English, legacy of British colonial times, and there is an air of that remaining in the way the men carry themselves, handlebar moustaches and Bermuda shorts.

The scenic beauty from northern mountains to southern beaches to western deserts offers almost too many places to see in a short time.
